We offer free delivery within the Northern Beaches on LIGHTWEIGHT POTS ONLY. Deliveries are made to the front of the property only, and we do ask that someone is available to receive the pot when it arrives.

- Heavy & Bulky Pots
Please contact us for a freight quote before purchasing. Due to the size and weight of these items, delivery requires a two-person team and is usually transported in a protective wooden crate. A separate freight charge applies and is not included at checkout. Delivery is $145 per hour (minimum 1 hour, 2 people and a truck). We will contact you after your order is placed to confirm the freight cost. The delivery fee is payable on the day of delivery.
Damaged goods:
For any items received that may have been damaged in transport please contact us immediately at - info@thepotwarehouse.com.au . We please recommend taking photos of the damaged goods, lability will not be accepted if contact has not been made within 48 hours.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product. We will assess the issue and work with you to resolve it.

We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind. If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us first. Once the exchange is approved, the item can be returned and a new purchase made for the replacement product.
